FAQ
A – General Admission and VIP tickets both include 8 wine tasting tickets. VIP tickets also include early entry, preferred parking, a commemorative OFF THE VINE tote bag, access to a designated seating area with hosted snacks, and other exclusive perks.
Q – What time does the event start and end?
A – VIP entry begins at 11:00 AM. General Admission entry begins at 12:00 PM. The event will conclude at 5pm.
Q – Can I buy additional wine samples at the event?
A – Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
Q – Will food be available for purchase?
A – Yes. A curated lineup of local food vendors will be announced in January and food will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Q – Will wine be available for purchase to take home?
A – Yes. Many wineries will have bottles available for purchase. Winery prices and policies may vary.
Q- Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
A - Everyone should be expecting Security to check your ID. You must be 21 on the day of the event to purchase a ticket which includes wine tastings. Children 12 and under can attend with a legal guardian.
Q - I do not wish to drink; do I still need to purchase a ticket?
A - There is a $20 “Designated Driver” ticket for non-drinkers.
Q - What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
A - Parking instructions will be released closer to the event. Ride share / taxi options are recommended if you plan to drink. Please don’t drive impaired.
Q - Can Children attend the event?
A - Yes, children 12 and under can get in free with their legal guardian.
Q - What is the refund policy?
A - There are no refunds. All Arizona Wine Growers Association events/festivals are rain or shine.

Q - The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
A - Yes, it is acceptable if one guest purchases tickets for a group and they are all under one name. However, it makes it much easier for parties if the names of each individual attendee are identified.
Q - Are dogs allowed at this event?
A - No dogs are allowed.
Q – Are there non-alcoholic beverage options?
A – Yes. Food vendors will provide water and soft drink options.
Q – Can I bring my own food or alcohol?
A – Outside food and alcohol are not permitted. Please enjoy offerings from our curated food vendors and participating wineries.
Q – Is the event cashless?
A – Most vendors will accept credit and debit cards, but some may also accept cash. There are no ATMs on site.
Q – What should I bring with me?
A – Please bring a valid photo ID, your ticket (printed or digital), and sunscreen. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and planning for outdoor weather conditions.
Q – Is the event accessible?
A – Yes. The event is held in a public park and is accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance at offthevineaz@gmail.com

Q – Can I bring chairs, blankets, or pop-up tents?
A – Blankets are welcome. Chairs, pop-up tents, umbrellas, or large shade structures are not permitted.
Q – What happens if it rains?
A – OFF THE VINE is a rain or shine event. Please plan accordingly for outdoor conditions.
