Rain or Shine:
Off The Vine is a rain or shine event, but lucky for us the weatherman is predicting a perfect day! Please remember to monitor for weather updates before leaving for the event!
Seating & Comfort:
Guests are welcome to bring picnic blankets and foldable camping style chairs.
We’ll also have some picnic benches and lawn chairs available throughout the festival.
Don’t forget:
- Hat
- Sunglasses
- Comfortable shoes
- Weather-appropriate attire

- 30+ Arizona local wineries
- AZ Wine Growers Association Wine Pull - please be sure to try your luck at the wine pull, all proceeds go directly toward benefiting the AWGA and its endeavors to support and raise awareness on behalf of its members.
- A curated lineup of delicious food vendors
- Our Makers Market featuring one-of-a-kind goods from talented local artisans
*Note: OTV is committed to showcasing & supporting all of the local businesses that participate in the festival. To honor our commitment to participating food vendors, no outside food or drinks are allowed on festival grounds.
Food will be available for purchase on site with a diversity of offerings. We appreciate your understanding and support of local Arizona business.
Entry Times:
- VIP Access: begins at 11:00AM
- Note: VIP only entrance becomes non-exclusive at 2:00PM
- General Admission: begins at 12:00PM
Parking Info:

- We ask attendees to carpool and rideshare to this event as much as possible.
- All parking lots should be accessed off of Calle Concordia, to the South of the park complex.
- Note: The parking lot on the North-East corner of the park complex will be reserved for vendors at the event, there will be no access to attendees. DO NOT ENTER the park from the North via Linda Vista Blvd
- Handicapable Accessible Parking is available in all parking areas per city ordinance. We cannot guarantee a space will be available to those needing one on arrival, please arrive early to mitigate any issues in this regard.
- VIP Parking is available in the South-East James D. Kriegh parking lot.
- General Admission parking is available in the Canyon Del Oro High School parking lot located adjacent to the park on the West side.
- We ask that festival attendees not to park in the South-West Parking Lot, this lot is intended for residents and visitors using the park for non-event related activities only.
- NOTE: Rideshare drop off is permitted in this area.

Important Reminders:
- Please have your valid ID ready upon arrival.
- Have your tickets printed or easily accessible on your phone for smooth entry.
- This is a 21+ event. Children 12 & under accompanied by a legal guardian may enter the festival grounds.
- Last Call is at 4:45 PM, 15 minutes prior to the end of the event
- Staff will be available throughout the site and at the info tent should you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask!
Rules/Safety
- Please plan to use a designated driver, use public transportation or ride share services if you are consuming alcohol. The safety of our guests and the other members of the community is our utmost priority. Driving while intoxicated is a criminal act.
- No Weapons are permitted at the event.
- No pets are allowed. Registered/Certified Service animals are allowed.
- Persons under 21 may not consume alcohol, falsifying identification is a criminal offence.
- Bag Policy:
- Bags should be no larger the 18”w x 15”h x 7”d (Tote Bag size)
- All bags are subject to search at entry
- Outside Food is not permitted.
- Wagons are allowed, but please note they may result in a longer screening process. We ask that a collapsable style be used wherever possible.
- Coolers are not permitted at the event.
- Festival staff reserves the right to remove guests at any time for violations of the rules at any time. Over intoxicated persons will be removed.
- Wine bottle purchases from vendors or the AWGA are for off-site consumption only.
- Festival and Vendor staff reserve the right to ask for ID verification at any time regardless of wristbanding/credentials.
